High Need

Moderate Need

(Expected Family Contribution of $3,000 and below)

  • Pell grant of at least $2,780 
  • State grant* 
  • Federal Direct Loans up to $5,500 or the amount of financial need minus grants.

Low Need

  • All freshmen qualify for $5,500 in low-interest Federal Stafford loans with deferred payback.

*State grant amounts range from $764 to $2,324.

Extra financial aid beyond the cost of tuition and fees may be used to cover living expenses and textbooks. On-campus work-study employment may also be offered to help meet educational expenses.
