The official mission of the UW-BC Foundation is to enhance student and community educational opportunities through the direct support of scholarships and campus initiatives at UW-Barron County.

Each year the UW-BC Foundation proudly recognizes an alum whose achievements and contributions make a significant impact on their professions and communities.  Kathe Nickleby (middle) was the 2015 honoree. Educational Assistance Through Scholarship (E.A.T.S.) is an annual Foundation fundraising gala offering  foods prepared by area restaurants and UW-BC faculty/staff. The event also include music, raffles, and silent and live auctions. Here Mark Conrad tries to 'steal' some of Mary Hoeft's homemade beef bourguignonne.

Scholarships for incoming, continuing, and transferring students are funded through donations to the Foundation by area businesses, individuals, civic organizations, and the UW-BC faculty and staff.

Friday, December 2, 8-11 PM at UW-BC (Gymnasium)

UW-BC Foundation is pleased to announce the return of the historic Angel Ball as the culmination of UW-Barron County's 50th Anniversary Celebration! Alumni, past and present faculty and staff, and the entire community are welcome to join in this festive "Adult Prom!" Featuring live music from The Dean's List big band (who got their start here at UW-BC nearly 50 years ago!), the evening will include music and dancing, appetizers, desserts, beverages and fun! Doors open at 7:30PM, music starts at 8PM. Tickets are available below, or stop by the campus to purchase tickets with check or cash.

Formal (either retro or current) or semiformal attire is encouraged!
