E.A.T.S.

E.A.T.S. (Educational Assistance Through Scholarship) is an annual event that serves as the major fundraiser for the UW-Barron County Foundation.  It features fabulous food, your favorite beverages, lively music, and tempting auctions!  Purchase online tickets below.

The next E.A.T.S. event is scheduled for Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the UW-Barron County in Rice Lake.  Everyone is invited to come to the campus and experience this festive culinary and entertainment event.

The typical menu features sample-sized gourmet and ethnic appetizers, entrees, and desserts prepared by area restaurant chefs, caterers, and about 20 UW-BC faculty and staff.  Guest chefs will be located throughout Meggers and Ritzinger Halls with many activities taking place in The Commons.

Attendees will sample the delicious dishes while strolling through UW-Barron County’s attractive public spaces and classrooms and listening to instrumental and piano music performed by campus and community talent.  Wine and beer cash bars will also be located throughout the buildings

There will also be a live and silent auction.  Typical silent auction items include pottery, rounds of golf, guided fishing trips, horse-drawn sleigh ride, art work, wall hangings, and gift boxes.
