Cecelia joined the UW Barron County Library in January 2012. A native of northern Wisconsin, she feels right at home in Rice Lake. Before she began working at UWBC, Cecelia lived in southern China for a year working as a spoken English instructor. She has been working in public and academic libraries since 2005 and is extremely passionate about intellectual freedom and information literacy. As a librarian, working with students and helping them find information is the most rewarding part of her job.
