Why did you choose UW-Barron County? At UW-BC, I have a very good chance to not only achieving academic success but also improving my social skills. We have a good environment, friendly fellow students, professors and staff.

What surprised you the most about UW-Barron County when you arrived on campus? The professors are always full of motivation to help students; they inspired me a lot on my career choice.

Why did you choose your program/major? By learning science, we will have the key to answer all of the philosophical questions. Plus, I will be contributing to society.

In addition to being a college student, what takes up your free time? Studying and participating in many school activities.

Who has been your favorite professor or staff member? Every professor and staff member at UW-Barron County is wonderful. It is really hard to pick one favorite.

What do you plan to do after UW-Barron County? Will I attend UW-Madison or UW-Stout? My future career will choose for me.

What is one piece of advice you have for incoming UW-Barron County students? Never give up! Taking on new challenges doesn't necessarily make you a winner, but giving up definitely makes you a loser. Like somebody said, "We all make choices, but in the end our choices make us." Be free and explore every possible choice for your classes and activities.
