About

Dr. Patrick is married and lives in Rice Lake. In ninth grade, she decided to become a history major when she fell in love with historical fiction. Having discovered that she cannot write dialogue, she pursued a career as a professional historian. She specializes in American banking and financial history.

Sue has taught at UW-Barron County since the fall of 1990. Before arriving in Wisconsin, she taught in South Carolina, Kentucky, and Indiana. In 2004, she was appointed Associate Dean at UW-BC, which resulted in a cut in her teaching load. Sue was born in 1954, in Dallas, Texas.
