E.A.T.S. fundraiser to be held Saturday, Sept. 28

The 4th annual E.A.T.S. (Educational Assistance Through Scholarship) event is scheduled for Saturday, September 28 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.  at the UW-Barron County in Rice Lake.

The public is invited to this festive culinary and entertainment event sponsored by the UW-Barron County Foundation.  Attendees will sample delicious dishes prepared by UW-BC faculty and staff ‘chefs’ and several selected area restaurants while strolling through UW-Barron County’s attractive public spaces and classrooms.  Wine and beer cash bars will also be located throughout the buildings.

There will also be a live auction, silent auction, raffles, cash bar, and music throughout the evening featuring campus and community talent.

General admission tickets are $35 per person in advance and $40 per person at the door.  A patron ticket is $100 while benefactor tickets can be purchased for $500 or $1,000.  Patrons and benefactors will be listed in the event’s program.

Proceeds will support student scholarships and enhance educational opportunities at the University of Wisconsin-Barron County.  For more information or for tickets, contact Deb Neuheisel, UW-BC Foundation Executive Director at 715.234.8176 ext. 5445 or at deborah.neuheisel@uwc.edu.
